The State Of North Lorray and its Government are committed to the health, safety and continuity of in person student learning. As such, the State Of North Lorray and the Governor Of North Lorray, is committed to maintaining a fair education for all. Furthermore, the State will as of March 15, 2022, will no longer require the mandated wearing of a mask or face covering while in school, nor will the state penalize any school that allows parents to choose to send their children in masks.


I hereby order as follows:

Now Therefore, I, Linda Lee, Governor of the State Of North Lorray hereby order that this executive order become effective immediately. Therefore, all information, data, and policy herein, are now considered executive law and must be followed.

Executive Order 1800104 - Authorizing Aggressive Action In Response To Increased Drug and Weapon Trafficking Throughout North Lorray

The State Of North Lorray and the Governor Of North Lorray are ramping up Drug and Weapon Enforcement after the North Lorray Highway Patrol have uncovered 25,000 LBS of Illegal Narcotics and over 12,000 Illegal Weapons. The enforcement that will be ramped are as follows:

Executive Order 1800105 - Authorizing The Extension Of The Tax Filing And Tax Payment Deadline

The State Of North Lorray and the Governor Of North Lorray in an effort to ensure that all North Lorrayans are able to file and pay their taxes to the State Of North Lorray in a timely and fair manner. Furthermore, the 2021 Tax Filing Deadline has been extended moving it from May 5, 2022 to June 5, 2022. The deadline to pay your state taxes has been extended from May 25, 2022 to June 25, 2022.

Now, Therefore, I Linda Lee, Governor Of The Great State Of North Lorray, hereby declares that this executive order is now active and executed therein, and that the tax filing deadline as well as the tax payment deadline has been hereby extended by one month.

Executive Order 1800106 - Declaring A State Of Emergency In Nox County & Nox City

Whereas,

The State Of North Lorray has received multiple reports of bombings in downtown business complex and;

Whereas,

There is the threat of a great loss of life and potential for a secondary explosion, and;

Whereas,

Governor Linda Lee has the executive authority as specified by North Lorray Law 490-45a-c, which states "Under the executive power of the Governor Of North Lorray and whereas such power is required, the Governor may declare a state of emergency in any town, village, city, or county, of which is in great risk of loss of property and life can."

Now Therfore I, Linda Lee, Governor of the State of North Lorray, hereby declare a state of emergency for Nox City and Nox County for the duration of 30 days or until another executive order rescinds or modifies this existing executive order. This order is hereby effective on this day the 21st day of July, in the year 2022.

Executive Order 1800107 - Authorizing The State Of North Lorray To Divest Funds Away From Non-Essential Government Activities To Support And Supplement Funding To The Nox City Bombing Investigation

Whereas, 

The State of North Lorray has used funding since March 15, 2022, to increase government spending on specialized programs to ensure that Citizens have the citizens and;

Whereas,

The State of New Shire believes in fair government spending, and;

Whereas,

The underlying circumstances for use of such funding cannot compare to the current and existential circumstances the state is currently experiencing and;

Whereas,

North Lorray and the Governor are working hard to ensure that Public Safety and Public Security is maintained, and where it is the responsibility of North Lorray's Government to provide such protections to the residents and citizens of the Great State Of North Lorray.

Now Therefore I, Linda Lee, Governor Of The State Of North Lorray hereby order that funding be divested from non-essential government activities to supplement, financially, the investigation into the bombing of Product Mart Store 1430 on July 21, 2022 and bring their suspects to justice. This executive is hereby effective on this day the 21st of July, in the year 2022 until another executive order rescinds this order or another modifies the current text of this executive order.

Executive Order 1800108 - Discontinuing Out Of State Abortions To Provide More Opportunities For North Lorrayan Woman

Whereas,

The State Of North Lorray has been providing abortion services to residents and out-of-state patients alike, and;

Whereas,

The State Of North Lorray has been trying to keep up with the demand for abortion services,  and has been unsuccessful, and;

Whereas,

The State Of North Lorray has the obligation to support the State's residents before any other state's, and;

Whereas,

Abortion care services are very limited due to the high amounts of out-of-state residents looking for abortion care;

Now, Therefore, I, Linda Lee, Governor Of North Lorray, hereby order the discontinuation of abortion care to out-of-state residents to ensure that North Lorrayan women have first priority and unlimited access to such care. Effective immediately, any out-of-state resident who attempts to receive abortion services, will be denied such services. Residents will be asked to show an ID card or bill to prove state residency.
