January 26, 2024 - The North Lorray Senate has just invited Governor Linda Lee to give the annual State Of The State address. She is expected to deliver the address on February 2, 2024 at 1:00 PM. She is scheduled to deliver her remarks at the State Senate, and will be joined by members of the State House Of The People. The Address will be televised live.

April 8, 2023 - Early this afternoon, Governor Linda Lee, North Lorray's first female Governor announced that trans-individuals, can claim a benefit under North Lorrayan law, and says that the state would pay a special payment for treatments, gender-affirmation surgery, and other medical-related items.

"In 2021, then-Governor Sam Simon signed the Transgender Medical Support Grant into law that would set aside money for trans-individuals who were seeking affirmation surgeries. Simon extended the funding until 2100," said Gov Lee. "It is required however, that these individuals apply for the grant, and are required to have a doctor approve of the surgeries in order for them to receive the grant."

As of February 2023, over 1.5 millions trans, North Lorrayans were granted this funding. The state expects more than 26% will seek the funding by the end of the year.
