Whereto, honor the life, legacy, and public service, and to address and maintain awareness about the lethality of cancer in and around the brain and stomach and whereto, produce research with the main and ideal outcome of producing a cure for the disease. On This Day, the 21st of January of 2023, I, Governor Linda Lee, by the powers and responsibilities outlined in the North Lorray State Constitution, due hereby propose the "Sam Simon Cancer Research Foundation," and ask legislators to consider effecting and directing the state in the field of cancer research. It shall be established, if passed, by the Sam Simon Cancer Research Foundation and The Sam Simon Cancer Research Development Program.

SPECIFICATIONS OF PROGRAM AND FOUNDATION:

• Sam Simon Cancer Research Foundation Specifications

  • Provide unequivocal research on cancers of the brain, spine and stomach, as well as esophageal cancers, including mouth and throat cancers.

  • Provide programs aimed at developing a cure for cancer by means of medical partnerships, through use of known cancer-fighting drugs, and by developing research that aims to outline what works and what does not.

  • Provide funding for such research through means of donations and state funding, and by allowing drug trials to be conducted and whereto allow for access to trial drugs by medical centers and hospitals for voluntary patient administration.

• Sam Simon Cancer Research Development Program Specifications

  • Provide research facilities across the State of North Lorray and the City Of Nox City, as well as provide state-to-state funding for the Sam Simon Cancer Foundation.

  • Establish national knowledge of the program through the use of existing research and other known research documents.
